This is Evil Editor.

This is one of his better pictures. I like to call him Mr. Eyebrows.

Mr. Eyebrows has just announced the release of Novel Deviations 3. What's that you ask? It is the best of his blog compiled into book form, volume 3.

If you know nothing about Evil Editor, then you are missing a great site where writers send in query letters and novel or short story openings that are then critiqued by Evil Editor and his minions. Trust me when I tell you it is his comments that make his blog so worthy of a trip.

My pal Church Lady is having a blog party over at her blog on Thursday, Jan 24 9am - 9pm. Evil Editor will be there to promote his book and guest blog. And Church promises that there will be evil fun, evil laughter, and great evil prizes!

And now a quote from Evil himself - "The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it."
